Category: FLAG

In the mid-1940s, many developers passed on developing this area... "They said Mammoth's elevation was too high, the mountain got too much snow and it was too far from major population area." Then mountain pioneer Dave McCoy finally made a small rope-tow operation just for the fun of it... Look at it today!

This hand-made flag uses a washed navy canvas and an off-white screen-print. Each flag is topped with a natural twine + twill tape and stamped with Slightly Choppy branding.

Colors: Navy and Off-White

Size: 12" x 20", give or take...

Isabella ★★★★★

The fabric feels thick enough to survive a winter storm, and the print captures that classic mid-century ski scene perfectly. I hung it over my deck railing and it’s already drawn compliments from every neighbor who walks by.

I’ve been looking for a flag that can handle high-altitude weather, and this one’s stitching is holding up perfectly against our strong mountain winds. The historical detail about Mammoth’s tough start makes it feel like a real piece of local pride.

Lucy ★★★★★

The fabric is surprisingly thick and durable, and the historical backstory printed on the packaging made me appreciate the design even more. Looks fantastic against the snowy backdrop in my yard.
